From the mixologists at The Rye Bar at Capella, this rich libation begins with Hickory Smoked Dad's Hat White Rye, paired with lavender simple syrup, fresh lemon, and a garnish of, what else, bacon.
Let Daddy Rest
2 oz. Hickory Smoked Dad’s Hat White Rye
½ oz. Lavender Simple Syrup
½ oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
Garnished with Crispy Bacon Spiral
Pour all ingredients together. Shake, strain... and have dad enjoy!
