The Phillips Collection played host to a plethora of individuals who consistently work to bring unique art and entertainment to the public at DC Magazine and Capitol File’s first ever joint event. Guests gathered at the Art of the Party event to celebrate the originality and creativity that graced the pages of both DC Magazine and Capitol File’s December issues. Representatives from sponsoring companies Long & Foster Real Estate and Christie's International Real Estate mingled with artist Alexandra Arata, designer Sophie Blake and many other subjects from the magazines’ December issues. The attendees contributed to a live art installation of the Washington Monument as the music of DJ Violetta Markelou rang from the speakers.
