Being the Butcher: Burgers and Brews

As part of their “Being the Butcher” series, Via Umbria will host a class on how to make the perfect burger. The class, led by in-house butcher Scott Weiss, will teach guests how to make various types of burgers including beef and lamb. Throughout the demo, guests are invited to taste Via Umbria’s wide selection of imported Italian craft beers to complement the burgers.
