The 14th annual American Heart Association Greater Washington Area Heart Ball raised more than $1 million for cardiovascular disease research, prevention, and treatment. Honorees Cpt. Kimberly French of the US Air Force; Dr. Linda Huffer, Lt. Col. of the US Army; and Dr. Arthur Roberts, founder of Living Heart Foundation, were joined by managing partner of KPMG and ball chair Candace Duncan, and coemcees Leon Harris and Jennifer Donelan of WJLA.
